We seek to accomplish the ministry of the church through thoughtful and Christ-like care, empowerment, and stewardship of the church’s resources to render help to those in need.  Inquire: Brother Johnnie Stevenson

Adult Singles: Christians who are 30+ and unmarried, or widowed. The group promotes social fellowship that creates a strong bond with our single members. As stated in 1 Corinthians 7: 7-8 “For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that. I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, it is good for them if they abide even as I.” We focus on unity, by uplifting and providing encouragement to one another. Our meetings consist of potlucks and external activities, such as visiting the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific, bowling, and lunches. Inquire: Brother David Lewis, Sr.

Ladies Meeting: To focus on building unity, be uplifting, and provide encouragement to one another. We want to empower our sisters with the opportunity to assist other women through fellowship and spiritual enlightenment and to minister to the spiritual needs that are unique to women. We emphasize women ministering to women for the purpose of encouraging and equipping women through bible study, and prayer, to grow in their relationship with Christ, and to instill in them a godly passion and commitment as they serve their family, church, and community. We hold an annual symposium for spiritual growth, and to learn about women’s issues that confront Christian women. We participate in the community by supporting the House of Ruth and distributing Thanksgiving baskets during the holiday season. We pray that God will continue to use us as we have the opportunity. Inquire: Sister Contessa Lewis

Married Couples: To use the Word of God to strengthen the sanctity of our individual marriages…”and they two shall be one flesh” (Ephesians 5:31).
